A mistake or a dishonest company?

"I ordered a motherboard for my sons budget PC through Red Trading Planet eBay. We received a motherboard that was not what even remotely close in any characteristics to the one we ordered. Not too mention the 11 year difference between the two. I am extremely disappointed with this company."

"I ordered a GX320 Motherboard over the phone. My product was shipped the same day, and I received my item within 3 days. SUPER FAST! I too was very impressed with the customer service that I received. Chris, (who answered the phone) was AWESOME! He answered every question that I had and I could actually understand what he was saying. Very refreshing to actually speak to someone in this country, and not be redirected to India or something! Awesome, awesome, awesome! Price was awesome, and so was the shipping speed! A+++ Customer Service + Speed + great product= GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! Why pay retail when you can get it wholesale!"

"I ordered a set of ten blue 8" SATA cables for my new system. The package was shipped the next day, but only had 9 cables. I contacted the company and they apologized profusely and sent out the 10th cable right away. It's nice dealing with customer service that is polite and you can understand their English."
