I have never failed to receive an order from
Red Bush Tea Company and their prices and selection are good to very good. Packaging is
also very good.
However they are slow. So be warned an order can take three weeks and an email inquiry will take at least a few days to answer. Their phone number never returns a call. All that notwithstanding their product is excellent and I recommend them overall....

10/18/07 followup: The company now uses Google
as its itermediary for sales and orders are now delivered in a timely fashion. They did not acknowledge a (relatively minor) error re my account charges. Overall the situation is much
improved.
