"Not good so far. I purchased a Mac Book Pro on JAN2 that was clearly marked as "In RedTag's Warehouse" which, per their site, means it ships in 3 business days.

My CC was charged on the 3rd and my order status changed to "In Warehouse". However, as of the 13th it has not shipped.

My emails to customer service have not been returned however a chat with sales told me that "Oh, on those Mac Books we don't really have them in stock. It takes 14 days to get them in from our supplier then we send them out to you".

In addition to breaking the law by charging a CC for a product/service not provided they continue to deceive potential customers by listing products as in stock that are not.

I will update with the final outcome of this order when it is known.

"Ordered a grill through RedTag.com. It arrived damaged. Sent it back 1 day after I received it thru a Fed Ex Claim. I talked with Fed Ex it has been over 2 weeks back in Redtag's hands and they have not had a chance to "process" my claim. Even though Fed Ex has already told me that they take responsibility for the damage and will pay RedTag for the damage.

When you call Redtag. They put your through to LaShonda. She is very matter of fact that it is in the claim department but that you can not talk to anyone there. She is also very matter of fact that even though I emailed them over 2 weeks ago they do not need to respond for at least 15 days after the package has been returned.

I asked if she could give an estimated time when I would hear something else back from them and she told me that she could not but that I would get an email when they decided what they are going to do.

Update on October 9th: Still no email in reply to my initial email and still no call returned from my call to them. I called again today and they still have not done anything more. Checked my credit card statement and no refund on it either.

"It's been a week now, and I bought a 7" TV off of RedTag that they advertised on deals.woot.com and my order is still marked as "In Warehouse". I contacted their online chat customer service and the only reply was "I will email the warehouse and you should get a reply in 48 hours." 48 hours to see why my items isnt shipped yet? Not very fond of RedTag.com"

"well the prices are beyond exceptional, the shipping i had on my last purchase was 2.00, hard to beat that i would say. everything i have ordered is shipped fast, and i had 1 item i needed to return which was hassle free and costumer support was awesome to deal with,

"Still waiting on order from Groupon.com 14 days my a**. Credit card was charged one week ago and received no order # or tracking information. Finally contacted customer service via online chat and was given a tracking #. Come to find out my tracking # WAS not my tracking#. I would NEVER buy a groupon with Redtag.com again or anything from Redtag.com EVER EVER again! they dont even respond to emails which supposedly will be within 24 hours!!!! I want my $25.95 back! I will dispute!"
