"I ordered 2 Items, a ball cap and a hoodie..They were from different sellers, so twice the chance of one of them getting “lost in the mail” and that’s exactly what happened…1st of all, I want to mention the ball cap that I did receive…When you order, nowhere does it state that you will receive your item with an “iron-on” logo..so naturally I was expecting a normal cap which features the logos “stitched” on…Jnstead, I received a fairly cheap, flimsy cap with an iron-on..at least I received that item, the other item, a hoodie, never made it…It was probably not REDBUBBLE’S fault, but they were quick to refund the money for this lost item…I wish to close by saying that I buy items from AMAZON all the time, and have for years, and NEVER has anything whatsoever been “lost” in the mail, which raises an eyebrow on whether I should order anything again from REDBUBBLE..
The fast refund of the lost hoodie was an indication to me that they were ready for this, like they’ve done it a more than a few times in the past…"

"I bought an iPhone case from them in January 2024. The case was badly designed and non-functional. When the case was installed the iPhone volume buttons wouldn't function. It appeared to be due to the design of the case and to the very stiff material which was used. I requested a return and refund, but the company refused saying that I needed to use the case longer to "break in" the buttons. I did this, but it made no difference. Then I followed up with the company saying that I had done as they asked and the product still didn't work so could I please have refund. They didn't offer a refund but instead said they needed to first "investigate the problem" and asked me to send them photos of the case from multiple angles as well as the model of my phone. Photos would have shown nothing about the stiffness of the buttons, and the model of the phone they already had from my order. It was clear to me that they had a policy of dealing with return requests by delaying and wasting customer time until they gave up. "

"Redbubble definitely has some dope artists and talented designers. But it’s a little disconcerting that they use UniUni and Pitney Bowes as a delivery method for certain products (t-shirts and other items in my case). I have been home more than a few times when they attempted a delivery. But they do not call or even leave a notification of attempted delivery. So with no knowledge of this happening it’s so frustrating finding out your order has been sitting in some warehouse waiting to be picked up. I gorgeous shower curtain shipped from Australia gets to me just fine but a simple t-shirt from Mississauga ( a short drive away) never gets delivered. Not once has UniUni contacted me by phone, email or notification that a delivery attempt has been made and what can be done next. I pay for delivery and then several weeks later find out that I need to travel across the city to this Company( Pitney Bowes) . A DELIVERY company!! I can only hope one day they have options for shipping available because supporting independent artists is needed for diversity and uniqueness in culture. Redbubble Rocks- UniUni does not"

"I love Rebubble! I have ordered a lot and their quality is always very good. I even just recently placed a new order that is on it's way to me now :)
My only complaint is that shipping tends to be higher than any other site that I have ordered from, and goes up the more you order. That is why only 4 stars. Oh yeah, and the fact that I think some art could be better placed on certain items like phone cases.
I've heard that they steal artist work but honestly I think those people are very confused about how Redbubble works. This site is for real artists to sell their work, so if anyone is 'stealing' artwork it would be the artists themselves, not Redbubble.
If you want to support an artist this is a great place to buy it, unless maybe if they have their own website. You can even follow that artist to see when new work comes out. If you are an artist I imagine that it's a great place to show your stuff or get acknowledged, but I have not submitted work personally so I don't know for sure. I do know of some artists though, and even a non-profit, that puts their work on it for sale. "

"The shipping time and website great, however, the packaging and presentation of the clothing questionable. The clothing came wrinkled, without packaging and no tags. Are the clothes return items?"

"Repeat orderer, I like the fabric and the designs and the prints last well, but after two cancelled orders due to style and colour and size not being in stock I can’t say I’m entirely happy. Need better filtering."

"My order arrived on time, no damages, correct item, exact measurements and the paper is quality print BUT the quality of the source image is very poor so the printing result is not even at the minimum expected. Plus, it makes me think that the images used (from films for instance) are not covered by use rights but taken unproperly. Very dissapointing."
