Horrible

"Very poor customer service. Called customer service number and was hung up on and disconnected. Not able to leave review on their website. No response from "customer service form" and "****@****" on their website. Called two employees (twice); didn't answer or return calls.
False, deceptive advertising on website about this rocker recliner; they say it is leather, it is not leather.
Damaged and defective rocker recliner and they wouldn't do anything about it.

Absolutely positively the worst

"I purchased a chair in June, 2015. In July, a spring fell off- explained to cust ser rep. They sent brochure to replace spring. By the time I rec'd that brochure, spring #2 fell off (Aug). They sent me to the defect dept. In Nov, spring number 3 fell off. They sent me to defect dept. In Jan, they were going to replace with new chair as long as chair is donated. I explained that I wouldn't donate the chair until replacement chair was here. They sent an email explaining that the new chair was on back order, so I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. They agreed. Again they stated that chair would have to be donated before refund. I sent them a letter from the Veterans stating that they will come by later in the month to pick up item. Three days before pickup, I received an email stating that I should cut a 1' by 1' hole in the seat and send them a picture in order to receive refund. Why would the Veterans want a chair with a hole in the seat. A day prior to Veterans picking up chair, they approved donation without the whole in the seat. It has been one month now and I still have not received my refund. Absolutely horrible service"

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CHAIR FROM RECLINER CITY!

"Bought a chair for my 82 year old dad with chronic back pain that was supposed to heat and massage. Chair was delivered that required assembly and apparently the back and the seat were mismatched so that the massage and heat could not be connected. They refused to send out another chair until fabric was cut from the chair and photos were sent. Even though they admitted that they had made the mistake the "requirements" for sending out another chair were too difficult for my dad to perform. I had numerous phone calls with James, Tiffany and Sheila Sechlar. All were completely unreasonable and did not seem to understand that I did not live close enough to my dad to perform the chair destruction maneuvers necessary to get a replacement. Recliner City's mission statement: Punish the customer for the company's mistake! DON'T EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!"

"Purchased a chair on 1/13/14...On 5/2/14 the legs seperated from the base ( anchors pulled out of the legs). Contacted Recliner City and sent them pictures of the damage. I was told it would take 5-7 days. I waited. Called back 5/9 5/13 5/15 5/16 5/19....still got a run around. I am VERY upset and am still waiting . "
