"I was waiting for a trade order to be processed/shipped, and luckily Nils reached out to me as my dedicated personal contact for the Rebag Santa Anita boutique.

"This was my 1st experience with Rebag. I had to reach out a few times to get a shipping label to ship the bag I was looking to trade. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone via customer service. Once I got the label and shipped the bag, it was rejected. I don’t agree with all the reasons the bag was rejected for but I’m glad that I was able to cancel the pending purchase. The Rep that I communicated with via email was great and very responsive. "
