I tried to call 3 times , was on hold for 10 mins and then cut off. I was able to get help via email but my purchase was cancelled. The refund was processed quickly. "I’ve been looking for a specific bag for about a month now. I saw it on Rebag and that it was located in the SoHo shop so I popped in one afternoon to try it on. Olivia was graciously helpful in letting me try the bag on as well as fit my belongings inside. I purchased it there and it walked around the store a bit to admire the selection. I’m surprised I’ve never been inside! The bags were gorgeous and Olivia walked me through Rebag’s authentication process, assuring me each piece was inspected on 3 levels.
