"I purchased fender flares for my 1995 Bronco. When they arrived, they weren't even close to fitting. I called customer service and requested a refund. They said someone would send me a return label, but it's been 4 days and no return label or refund. I've emailed and called 2x to no avail. There's no reason customer service couldn't send me a return label while I was on the phone the first time like normal retailers. I'm beyond frustrated and hope other customers don't experience the same frustration as I have."

"I was pleased to receive the seat covers but experienced much difficulty trying install them even after watching installation video. After an hour and a half I gave up and called an auto upholsterer in Columbus, Ga. and paid them to put the covers on but even though they had installed this brand before they too had much difficulty putting them on(3 hours). They look fairly nice but do not fit as nicely as I expected. I will very likely not use this brand in the future. "
