"We place an order for drinking glasses on 7/14, our card was then charged on 7/24. We heard nothing further from Restockit. WE checked order status on line a couple of times and it always showed that the order was being processed. On August 12 I called their customer service line. The person we spoke to was very good and said he would have to research the order and get back to me. A few hours later he sent an email informing me that the item had been discontinued by the manufacturer and was no longer available...despite the fact that the on line order system stated there were 100+ in stock (in fact on 8/12 it still showed 100+ in stock). They did refund my credit card promptly on 8/12. They should ahve informed us much earlier of a problem with the order."

When I order multiple supplies for my office, I am given multiple tracking numbers but I have no idea which number goes to what product, all I can see is the weight of something. So when things come in on different days, I don't actually know what is being delivered.
