Do not buy from this company!

"I tried to order a headset on Black Friday, gave my credit card info, 6 days later they were asking me to provide a government document to prove it was me (which I thought was weird) finally I did provide with a cable bill and they canceled my order days later. There is no phone number to reach anyone and it you want to live chat it’s almost always too busy... horrible experience!!!! Now, I have to find this headset elsewhere. Very bad customer service!!!!!!!"

Terrible online store experience, no store support. Tried to purchase 4 times and am giving up.

"I hear they have good laptops but the shopping experience is terrible in more ways than I can list. Not only this but there is no purchase support by phone, only technical support. For billing there is only email, and they didn't respond to me for a week until I called technical support and asked them to expedite my case. Their products are too expensive for their incredibly terrible shopping experience. The shopping site on google says their SSL certificate is not legit either, so the site is not fully secure."

Even Bad at selling

"Ordered their most expensive laptop. They included "free" a leviathon mini. Computer was in stock, leviathon mini was not. So, they won't ship the order as they can't split orders. Customer service explained they could cancel my order and then I could order only the computer. They, however could not do that. So, I cancelled. And going to a vendor who actually WANTS customers."

Nightmare RMA/Warrenty experience

"Sent in a broken mouse to warrenty/RMA . They signed for it on the 8th. I didn't even get a notification email that they received it until the 12th. It then takes 3 business days to "process" + shipping time back..

It is now the 17th and I haven't heard anything from them regarding my RMA.

During the RMA process, you can't look up where it is in the process or anything. When you call their customer support, they can't tell you anything other than they received it and to wait. It would be nice to have some sort of eta on an RMA. It is also really hard to even find a log-in on their website.

[update 11-22 (24 days later)]
After calling customer support a couple times they finally reach out via email and tell me that it is not a razer product and they will be sending it back. It was bought from newegg and has a registered serial number on their website.
After reading multiple reviews on here, I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I cry bs on razer. I'm done wasting time with this company, cutting my losses and getting myself a nice logitech and never looking back again. Haven't had one in awhile but now that I think about it, never really had problems with my old one or with their customer support.

"Do Not buy from this company. I placed an order and payed extra for the 2 day shipping. One week later, I'm still waiting on delivery after Fedex calls and asked if I could pick it up from them, (45 miles away). I emailed customer service twice and the only response I received was that it was in transit. When I called, the customer agent told me that it was FedEx fault and I would have to persue with them. NEVER AGAIN! Lesson learned."

"I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Razerzone. My sons love the product, but I hate their customer service. The "Chat with a Gamer" is a great feature and everytime I've done that, I've worked with some great people. Unfortunately, the Powers that Be at Razerzone are not forthcoming with info for their own people so the Gamers couldn't help me much either.

Razerzone runs out of product so quickly - inadequate supply and they are SLOW to get product in. I'm waiting 2+ months for a hoodie. Really? 2+ months?

My latest contact with them is over the Free Tee Shirt promo when you purchase $99 or more. I spent the $99, but because the promo came out the day AFTER I ordered, they would not give me the promo free tee. Really?!! After I have spent hundreds and hundreds of $$ on product for my kids? Any other company, in the interest of good customer service, would have sent the free tee and been done with it. I actually had to sent THEIR customer service people the link to THEIR OWN PROMO because they "couldn't find it on their site". What? You are computer supply people and you can't figure out how to find your very own promo?

Customer service takes 24 hours to get back to you which means on day one you send an email, day 2 they respond, day 3 you respond and back and forth. It took a week to deal with the issue. At the end of the day they wrote me off and were no help at all.

"The Razerzone.com (Razer) makes the best gaming products but their tech support is the worst. You can’t talk to a person or even do a chat. You have to submit a request for support on their website then wait a few days for a response. Razer will not call you when you request phone support. It is frustrating to pay top dollar for an item and then get such bad support."

"Worst customer service ever. Ordered a mouse from this site on november 19th, supposed to receive it in 7-10 business days. On December 7, 13 business days later had not received it. Called the 800 number on the site, they said the post office had it and gave me a tracking number. Called post office they did not have it. Called 800 number again, got the run around, asked for a supervisor, was told that none was available, was transferred to a voicemail....but i got the supervisor instead. She continued to give me a load of bs, telling me I had chosen 3-4 business WEEK shipping which was their cheap option on the site, went to the site, thats not an option at all. Was told a supervisor would get in contact with me, never happened. Finally after many many many calls they admitted it appeared to be lost. Explained it was a gift that I needed some sort of answer --product or refund so i could buy the gift at a store ASAP. Was told they would look into and call back within an hour. Never called back, gave it all morning the next day...got a different center, was treated poorly, was told to stop being impatient, was told it would be 1-10 business days to get a refund and no other option existed. And no one ever showed an ounce of caring. VERY POOR. "

"I purchased a Razer eXactMat from them through newegg since it had a wrist rest and a nice looking mouse pad. Received it 2 days ago, and
I just want to say this is a piece of crap. For 40 dollars I get a wrist rest with a logo (that's already 55% faded with 8 or so hours of use), and a mouse pad that feels like a metal table. If I wanted the play on a table I would. Their pitch is that it has a comfort side or a speed side..what side would you like to play on - a bumpy or a smooth metal piece of scrap? Overpriced garbage.

"I Ordered a Razer Mamba on June 17th and paid $170CAD. It's June 22nd right now and I just got my package, only thing is they game me something I didn't order instead they gave me a Razer booklet, so that I can write anything I wish onto it... I purchased a Razer Mamba not a notebook that's worth $9.00CAD.

I will never shop at www.razerzone.com ever again.

"I'm an avid gamer who's purchased razer mice in the past. I was sad to see their website close a while ago, and I wondered what happened to them. When they came back, I
was happy and decided to order a new "Razer Boomer Control" mouse.

When I got the mouse, I immediately noticed something wrong with it. The cap for the mouse ball was very loose and barely held the ball in place. It seemed OK, so I went and installed it.

As soon as I started using the mouse I noticed another problem. When I used the scroll wheel to scroll down, it would click, but it wouldn't register. I had to move the scroll wheel down just a weeee bit more in order for it to work. This became very annoying very fast.

At any rate, that problem didn't last very long. 6 days later, one of the mouse ball rollers (the rollers that sense the mouse ball movement) simply broke off.

It's painfully obvious that the quality of razers mice is not the same as before. I also noticed that they are much lighter than their previous mice, which can actually degrade mouse control.

I no longer recommend anyone purchase razers products.

"I purchased a new Razer Viper and I have been very pleased with its performance. Shipping was a little bit high to ship a mouse ($10) but it arrived on-time.

Although it came with a free LANpack, I am a bit dismayed that it did not come with retail packaging.

"First thing, the original order was well over a year ago and I don't have any of the order info anymore. However, I did get this mouse from them.

I purchased one of the first boomslang 1000's made SER#1054.
As with several of the early ones, my mousewheel died. I was in contact with customer service about getting a new one. I was told they were out and wer waiting a shipment from thier producer. Unfortunately they went out of business before I got my replacement.

Anyway, after I heard they wer back in business I contacted Debbie at customer service and explained my situation. She told me to mail them my broken mouse and they'd send me a new one. I sent it and they recieved it almost a month ago. I wrote Debbie an e-mail asking for the status because I had not heard anything since I mailed it. Within one hour of me hitting send guess waht happened?
The UPS guy showed up at my door with my brand new 1000 in the cookie tin. The mouse wheel has obviously been redesigned and has a tighter feel. They are incredibly smooth and accurate mice.
Just use it long enough to get used to it. (a few hours)
