I asked for a refund, after all, they have "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" proudly posted on their home page. They refunded me for 9/10ths of my purchase (Bought ten packages) having told me not to send back the open package. I also had to pay to ship all of this back. Never again!"

The Art of Shaving I received is 100% legit as I had one from my local Art of Shaving in the mall to compare it with. These guys are the real deal.
