"I bought a mattress and some other items from Raymour and Flanigan. All items are working out well with the exception of the mattress. I'm very dissatisfied with the mattress and R&F would only give me another same mattress or one costing less with to refund for the difference. I also purchased the guarantee at the same time. This guarantee is worthless as far as I'm concerned when it comes to being dissatisfied with the mattress. I say be very careful when purchasing a mattress from this store and make sure they explain their return policy in detail to you."
