"Wow, this has to be the worst online shopping experience since the beginning of online shopping. I tried to build a pair of customized prescription sunglasses and that feature actually works fine. I mean apart from the fact that their site can't seem to keep track of your address and often the item in your shopping bag disappears. Now comes the astonishing part, it is impossible to pay. I have used Visa, Amex, a debit card and PayPal and nothing works. I have removed my purchase, just in case that it was out of stock and that caused the issue, I have even signed up again under a different email. 6 calls to customer service have yielded zero progress, one guy told me to clear the "cache"- I have tried placing and order through Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari - nothing works. This is a billion Dollar company with a website worse than a that of a mom and pop startup. Absolutely baffling."
