"Hi, I bought an aroma dehydrator and im not satisfied. It emanates plastic smell after running it 1h open at max temp and then 18h at max closed with cashews. I voice my disapointment with a 1 star review on their web site. Day1, its there. Day2, the 2 reviews totals 5 stars..

They have a no return policy if I understand correctly. I asked the question a 2nd time today because they answered my email while omiting this answer."

"I was very disappointed with this company's service. I purchased the Freshlife sprouter.I was informed by Tribest Company that makes the sprouter that the plastic contains BPA. Raw nutrition does not inform you of this anywhere on there website. When I asked to return the product I was informed that they don't do refunds. I was also advised that the BPA was unlikely to affect the sprouts or my health.My mistake for not asking before I bought the product but there poor business practice for not informing the public of what is in their products. I thinks that they need to stand behind what they sell and do returns if the customer isn't satisfied."
