"The customer service that I have received from this so called company is absolutey terrible. The lady who was “helping” me was rude and sassy. The company sells expensive festival clothing that has worse quality than clothing sold at Walmart. I will NEVER buy from them again and will discourage everyone I know from buying from this website. The company made so many mistakes and refused to take responsibility. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced."

"I needed something quickly, and it didn't appear that the shipping options available would meet my needs. I emailed their customer service and explained the situation even after I had placed the order. They responded that they would send with FedEx overnight, and even though I also changed the order slightly, it arrived on time and with the change included! I was very happy that they were willing to work outside of their normal process to ensure that I was satisfied.

The user interface for the credit card input is a little bit unfriendly though. It didn't like that my last name has a two captital letters in it, and i wasn't sure if that would prevent the credit card from being approved. Also, they start with the shipping address, and then the billing address if it's different. Normally you start with the billing address, and then ask for the shipping address if it's different. The billing address had a spot for the company name, but the shipping address didn't.

A common use case for someone who has a different billing address from shipping address is when they want the product shipped to their place of work, which is what I wanted. So it would be nice to have the company name in the shipping address instead of, or in addition to, the billing address.

Overall I'm very satisfied and I would buy from them again! "
