"ordered an item that was listed as in stock. after a week, no news. emailed, called, messaged, fb messenger. finally someone said it would i should have gotten a message saying it was out of stock, but it would be in stock in three days. three days later, no news. they still have my money. upon checking they have horrible reviews on this site, and also the better business review. don't order from them!!!!!!"

"I have been ordering from this company for nearly eight years. I felt compelled to write this due to the poor reviews with the issue of missing items. On their website, and after you order, if an item is out of stock (which is listed prior to purchase) they will let you know and it is up to you to let them know if you want a refund, replacement, or to wait, etc. I have utilized this with no problems. Usually I take the refund or replacement. So, if you can handle the responsibility of keeping up with your order... thier prices are great and they have a large offering."
"The item I ordered said it was in stock, then I never got notice of shipment. Later, it was listed as out of stock, so I expected they would ship it when it was restocked. Eventually, I searched BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) and found a previous complaint and a rating of D+. They claimed there had never been a BBB complaint against them, but there it was. I reported to them, and they got my money back. Purchase date was 03/06/19 (my phone won't let me enter it here). "
"After 5 months of not receiving a response from the company on my requests for a refund, I made a BBB complaint. The company did not respond to the BBB and the complaint was closed. Today, 1 year and 1 month after my initial order, I received an email saying that my card would be refunded, that they had never received my requests for refunds and they JUST got the BBB complaint from July 2018. They also responded to the BBB telling them the same thing. I'm glad there is finally closure for us. The letter to them from the BBB dated with today's date, mentioned the business wanting to get their rating up and that if they responded to the complaint it would help to get the rating up. "

"I placed my order on September 1st, got confirmation email, my card was charged promptly, it took them over a week to tell me that the item I ordered that was in stock when I ordered it was now out of stock and gave me a list of options. I chose a full refund and have yet to get it and my card company has reported it as fraud and I'm fighting to get my money back."
"I have ordered multiple times from Raven's Mist for the past 3 years. The will ship everything that they have in stock and send a notice for anything else, offering me a replacement, refund, store credit, or just to wait, which is the default. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes a few contacts (usually via facebook messenger) before the missing item is sent. However, the prices and product quality are so good that it is generally worth the wait."
