"I found the setup to be easy after following the YouTube instructions. I had a bike professional go over it afterwards to make sure I did it right. Turns out there was one missing part, the "headset compression ring," which he added, and all has been good. This missing part was most likely the result of a plastic bag containing the loose fittings for the stem, that opened during shipping, leaving all of those parts loose in the shipping box. Comparing this e-bike to others, this is a lower end bike but still has many of the features of the higher-end models. In my opinion this makes the bike perfect for eventual upgrading without having too much invested already. I'm having a good time tricking it out with locks, carrying rack and trunk bag. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat."
