Poor quality

"I ordered 2 DVD. One is okay but the other one is no good. The picture has too many glitches and sometimes one could not hear what the characters are saying. Never buy from them and one could not even return the DVD or exchange it. Scam I would say.

"Received order as described in the website. It took about 3 weeks from the time of order but the website stated I would receive the order in 10-14 days after order confirmation. The DVDs I received do not appear to be legal copyrighted DVDs and the picture quality has many digital artifacts and is generally poor. The DVDs appear to be made from broadcast TV on VHS or a DVR and converted to DVD."
