"I really thought this website was a scam to begin with, because i wasn't used to modded controllers but i did do business with controllerchaos in the past. I went on the chat on this website and they were really quick to respond and answer all my questions, i still wasn't sure so i gave them a call and spoke to a gentleman named johnathon he answered all my questions and i was amazed by the customer service, it was way better than controllerchaos the guy i spoke to from there was snobby and rude, but i love rapidmodz, got my package on time with amazing quality "

"I would never do business with RapidModz again. I ordered from them for Christmas. I paid extra for same day assembly and 2 day shipping. They did not honor that. THey were impossible to get a hold of via phone or chat. When I was finally able to engage them in a chat on 12/22/12 (long after I should have had my controller), I spent over 2 hours trying to determine if they built and shipped the controller in time for Christmas. They simply refused to 'answer' and closed the chat. I told them I did not want the controller if it did not arrive by Christmas. Needless to say, unbeknownst to me, they built it on 12/22/12 and it arrived 12/26/12 - after Christmas! I have spent no less than 2 hours today in chats trying to resolve getting a full refund (no restocking fee or shipping deductions) or getting a credit for the 'same day assembly' fee, which they clearly didn't deliver on and the '2-day shipping' which didn't matter because it didn't arrive for Christmas - which was the whole point! True to my prior experience, they simply would not resolve my issue or give me straight answers. They hung up on my chat sessions. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to resolve this. I have not experienced such poor customer service in a long time. This business is clearly not ready for prime time. If you're looking for modded Xbox controllers, try SCUF. I had a great experience with them."
