"Ordered two cameras from the Range Post website on 1/21/2014 and received an email stating that I would receive tracking information "shortly". Nine days passed, and I sent another email asking for a status update. I received an email on 1/31 from Ken Jones stating that there was a delay on that particular part number and the order "should be shipping out today or Monday." And now, 2 1/2 months later, I have neither heard from Ken Jones or anyone at RangePost, nor have I received my product."
