"Went for fishing license at Ramsey Ledgewood, NJ and found out it's cash only. No ATM and no cash back option on CC/debit transactions. Ended up walking in 90 degree weather to five surrounding stores to find an ATM or somewhere that has a Cashback option without success. If you have a cash only option, it would make sense to offer a means to obtain said cash, especially because places typically do not have a cash only policy and it's not expected. Do better. "

"Ordered an item on 12/1. Two weeks later when it didn't arrive I checked the status online. It just said "Shipped" with no tracking information. I used the email address provided on the site to request assistance. Another week passed with no response. I finally called them (now 3 weeks later). The person on the phone said he could not locate the tracking number and that the order probably went to the wrong customer. He also said the item was no longer in stock in my size and offered a different size or a refund. I opted for the refund."
