"I purchased a RAM chip from RamKing (www.ramking.ca) on June 24, 2009. My credit card was charged $ 16.50 through paypal (transaction number provided above), and never received any product. I contacted customer services at Ramking and they told me they would ship it asap (no reason why they did not process the order at that time). I did not receive any product. I contact them again and told me the product was shipped on July 17 but did not get anything at all. I asked them about the shipping company and track order number, so I can track it from ther, and did not get any response so far -- deceiving.

By the way, I was trying to see my order on their webpage (www.ramking.ca) but their web site was down for about 20 days or so. Their web site went up again and I could not see my order.

I won't order any product from this seller again, though I don't think I would be able to get a refund from them."
