"I regret shopping with them ! I am planning to sue the company . Worst customer service ever. they sent me a wrong measurement cheap quality dress. When i asked about the return , they are making up stories of there tailor on vacation. Now they have remove the chat option too. And I have sent over 20 emails but no reply."
"I had such a horrible experience with this company. Either they provide you the right product nor they refund the amount. This is a fraud company. They just take your money. Never ever trust them. will not recommend to anybody.
I have ordered a purple color churidar on May 2013 and got a brown color one stitched with wrong measurement on July. Tried to reach them on the telephone number they are given in the website. It was available when we placed the order;) after that they never answered. When we asked for refund they said we need to wait for some time till the same amount of purchase is made in their PayPal account. we had a long long conversation for to get this done. They promised me to refund the full amount. Each time I ping them i have to explain the whole story again which was so disgusting!!!.I waited for 2 months but nothing happened, at last i suggested them to transfer the amount to my Indian bank account. they agreed. I forwarded my bank details to them. When i asked them after one week they said they can’t give me the complete amount. I agreed for that. thinking something is better than nothing. it’s going g to be one year now and still i am waiting!!!!.

"DO NOT BUY FROM RAJASTHANI SPECIAL!!! I ordered a blouse from them, and they send a blouse of 1/2 the size that I had ordered. Only a doll could fit in this thing. for 5 weeks, I tried complaining to their customer service, and I would get responses like "my vendor is on vacation," "please have patience madam, I need to talk to my vendor"...then they said that they would send me a new blouse...no new blouse came! Then they said I had to pay to send the old blouse back--before they would send me a new one (and pay the international shipping out of MY pocket) and they refused to send me a shipping label. I will now have no blouse to wear at my event even though I have paid for the blouse! Oh yeah on top of this, they charged me double shipping the first time around, and still no refund. AWFUL and RUDE customer service!"
