"Rafferty Parts Department Personnel went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my order. I had ordered a few parts which I attempted to save on shipping by picking up locally. However the part with the inflated shipping cost was no longer available. This left me in a situation where I would have to go to the store to pick up parts that would not incur such charges to ship to me rather than having to travel to the dealership.
