"I've placed an order for some replacement UPS batteries. They were very good about follow up about the inital order...BUT, I have just found out that my credit card has been charged 3 times for the items and the quick turnaround for callback has seemed to dissappear. They did resolve the issue even though I had to call several times. I would try and order from them again to see if this was a one time problem - NOTE to Firefox users, there may be problems with shopping cart with this site...jk"
