Return was a bit of a hassle. I ordered more than one item. The item I am keeping was ~ $80 which was $30 over the threshold for free shipping. The item I needed to return was not tiny (1lb, 5" x 5" by 1.75") but fit in the box they sent me with a lot of space left. So, it is possibly they paid a little extra for the 1lb of weight. I am on calls for work all day and shot them an email the evening before. We played email tag on the return because not only did they expect me to pay to return it, but wanted over $5 to deduct for their 'shipping' charge. Does not seem reasonable given the situation.

I was able to resolve the matter by calling them when I had a free 5 min., but was really taken back by the escalating language including sarcasm by whomever responds to emails. Buyer beware, if you need to return an item, you may pay double shipping and potentially other 'restock' or denials.

Site needs a bit of work for navigation. Some products do not come up under the category but will when using the search.

"I placed my order on radiofence.com and then I received a very unofficial looking email without radiofence.com in the heading or address tag notifying me they had my shipment delayed because they wanted to waste my time to call their representatives to discuss my order before they would ship it. If I wanted to order over the phone I would have called their phone number. Now they have charged my account and not shipped my order. This delay has cost them a customer. I will also be rating them with Google buyers protection too. I am really not happy and have asked them to cancel my order."
