"I have never had a product that works as good as this wireless bridge system. I was unable to get internet to my home because I live 1/2 Mile off main road and spectrum would not provide service. I got them to provide service to my barn and then I found radiolabs and they hooked me up with the bridge system. My barn and house are over a 1/4 mile away from each other but no worries because my Wi-Fi works incredibly well! My house is over 5000 sqft and it works everywhere in the house. I think this system from radiolabs is absolutely incredible. Their IT/engineering team were very nice and extremely helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve encountered. "

"I was looking for a long range wireless adapter to be used to connect to various Hotspots, familiar SSID's, etc. from the comfort of my car since it's become my main office over the years. Anything to avoid other people or public Wi-Fi spots.
Apparently, I already owned several USB adapters that appeard on the majority of websites claiming they were the best of the best, Netgear Nighthawk, Trendnet, & Asus. Which all were great products, I was just looking for something non - mainstream with more depth. I Came across Radio Labs, read their offings, and upon receiving it and using it, I compared it to all 3 of my current adapters as well as the internal wireless adapter on my laptop and it was literally the worst. "
"After spending a lot of time talking to the online sales support we narrowed down the o2 surf and 19db antenna/router for my needs. Shipping took a while but I'm deployed so it wasn't their fault.
The trouble started when I got the product. +340 or so later and I'm getting .02mbps speeds which isn't useable. When I tried to email customer service a few times I got no reply so I left a three star review and suddenly I got a response that "leaving a bad review wasn't the right way to contact them and they've had issues with COVID so live chat is better than email". That's about the single dumbest thing I've ever heard. Emails are there whenever. Live chat isn't an option when we're 12 hours apart.
This company is a complete scam. "

I bought the WIFI extender antenna with a router about a year ago. I have tried it in several campgrounds, and even though the antenna does find WIFI around, it never provide any stronger signal than my phone does, so in reality it is worthless and a waste of $350."

I bought the kit a year and a half before I was able to get around to installing it. Life happened. The customer service treated me as if I'd just bought it. They listened to my issue and were able to help me fix it. They were understanding and professional. I cannot believe value vs cost. ""I bought my original bridge system a year ago after doing some research online on how i could extend my internet coverage to a remote shed. After contacting Radiolabs the first time they told me how it would work and said it would come preconfigured so it would be plug and play. It sounded too good to be true but it worked perfectly right out of the box. Then, a little over a year later, (now) we had a lightning strike that fried a few electronics at our place and my bridge quit working. After some troubleshooting over the phone we agreed i needed a new system because of the strike. The second system arrived as the first, preconfigured, but this time it didn't work out of the box. After troubleshooting with Chris, who was wonderful by the way, we figured out that my home router reconfigured some items on my network that were now using the IP addresses that my bridge was using before and needed to use now. Chris helped me with everything and i am back up and running (now even faster than before) and i couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris and RadioLabs!""
"I'll keep this short. I talked with a sales guy from RadioLabs and their lead technician and subsequently ordered some equipment. It all went downhill from there. They were 2 weeks late on delivery, then couldn't get their system working, blamed my router (which they recommended) and were remarkably rude. They wasted several days of my time, then finally "allowed" me to return their product and still charged me over $200 claiming $75/hour for online support. That support was their fumbling around measuring pings.
If you can't keep up with orders and are overwhelmed with service calls, something is wrong with your product. Go back to the drawing board!"
"I have read the negative reviews. I was told upfront when I ordered my bridge, that if I needed it configured, it would be every bit of 3 to 6 weeks due to being slammed from the pandemic and so many institutions going remote. I ordered unconfigured GS5800, and got myself set up and running. Are they difficult to get in touch with at times? Yes. When you do get in touch with them, they take all the time to ensure you understand, and that you are satisfied. This bridge is damn impressive. Over 1700' between the antennas, about 1200' are trees. I am currently getting 36Mbps up and 36Mbps down per speedtest.net. Sorry if you are impatient and can't wait, that is what amazon is for. Get your Chinese garbage there and have it tomorrow, then leave negative reviews there because the crap doesn't work. I prefer to wait for US quality. "

"Talked to their technical staff, who recommended purchasing a kit, to connect my shop to my home router. The kit, the instructions, their technical staff and their entire operation is top notch. I'm now saving a ton of money and able to cut the connection and the extra bill I've been paying out.

I'm on the second week trying to get a refund for equipment I never get it.
I put an order, they got my money and after 15 days I still didn't receive the equipment.
Called, emailed, nothing work. Finally one day I got a call and the guy trying to change the order for a piece of different equipment.
After 45 minutes I got a refund but get a refund a see at your bank account is two very different things for this company. I still fighting for my money.
Never, ever back to do business with this guys!!!"
"I thought I might get by with a just 1/2 a bridge, but my home router was in the worst possible location and the signal was too weak. I easily contacted Tech Support to see what I needed to do to get a strong signal at my shop. Because of poor installation, the kit didn't perform as well as it should. I contacted Tech Support again and all problems were taken care of quickly. The reason I purchased from this company was because I wanted people in my corner to help with any problems I might have, and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future because I think they have good products and I know they will assist me if I need help."
"I have used their equipment for over a decade as a dyi . I just recently updated some radios for my wireless bridge. Product was easy to set up and worked instantly. Have them configure the equipment for you makes install faster and easier."
"I'm on day 4 of trying to get customer service. Promises to call back are ignored. Most times you get an answering machine. Leaving a message is pointless because they don't return calls. Don't buy from this company, because if you do, you'll be in your own.
Update to my review.... Finally got through to tech support. I expected help and ended up woth getting yelled at for this poor review. Tech wasn't interested in helping me, only berating me for this review.
