"I agree with first review, FIRST NO PHONE NUMBER. THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS THROUGh E-MAIL. I ORDERD A RADIATOR FO RMY BMW. I WENT THROUG THE STEPS ON THE WEB PAGE FOUND THE RADIATOR AND ORDERED IT. AFTER A WEEK I DID NOT GET A TRACKING #. i E-MAILED THEM ABOUT 50 TIMES BEFORE I GOT AN E-MAIL ASKING ME TO GET THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT NUMBER FROM THE DEALER. I CALLED THE DEALER AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THEIR OEM NUMBER. I THEN E-MAILE RARIATOR SPOT AND TOLD THEM THE DEALER WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NUMBER. AFTER TWO DAYS I GOT A RESPONSE ASKING ME FOR MY VIN # NOW IT HAVE BEEN TWO. WEEKS WITH NO RADIATOR, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY. I FOUND A PART # ONLINE AND SENT THAT TO RADIATORSPOT. OF COURSE RADIHE WRONG RADIATOR.I HAD TO PURCHASING ANOTHER RADIATOR LOCALLY AND I INSTALLED IT IN MY CAR. I AM STILL WAITING FOR RADIATOR SPOT TO CROSS REFERENCE MY VIN # SO THEY CAN DETERMINE IF THEY SENT THE WRONG PART OR IF I GAVE THE THE WRONG #. THE DETERMINATION WILL DECIDE IF i HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE AND THE SHIPPING COST. NOT WORTH IT. I PROBALY WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK 150.00 WASTED. PLEASEEEE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY."

"This company is horrible. No customer service - no communication - no radiator. (We ordered a radiator and never received an estimated delivery date. The money was drawn from our account. After waiting over a week, we suddenly received an email that just said, "Your order has been refunded." No explanation why the order was cancelled. A few days later, the money was returned to our account.) Thanks for making us wait 2 weeks for nothing. What a waste of time."
