"Purchased a Uniden R4 from Radar Busters as after reading on their website they have a satisfaction guarantee and you won't be stuck with a radar that is defective or not working properly. This is not the case. I have had the radar 3 days and could not hear anything coming out of the radar. What good is a radar if you can't hear it?
I contacted Radda Busters on this issue and it was determined they sent me a unit with a speaker failure or defective speaker.
Instead of making this right and sending a new unit to replace the defective one they sent me, they want me to go through the manufacture Uniden. It’s a brand-new unit! They will not take reasonability for sending a defective unit. I even offered to upgrade to the R7 so they would at east offer to send a working unit. No, I had to go through Uniden which has yet to contact me on this issue. I needed this radar for a long road trip and after spending over $400 I have nothing. A Radar Unit that does not make sound. I am so sorry I purchased from Radar Busters. Any other vendor would have replaced the defective unit immediately. I have been waiting to hear from Uniden for 3 weeks. The unit is sitting in a box in my living room. $400 wasted. Buyer Beware!

Now ,wanting to upgrade, and staying with a good product, I ordered again from Radar Busters a new Uniden R8 , more expensive but with free shipping. I had to wait some time for shipping with no updates or any notice and I was charged a $21.72 shipping.This item was to have been shipped free.

I did not receiving any type of shipping update for 2 weeks so I emailed them, they told me the product would be in stock in 10 days. After an additional 2 weeks with still no update, I sent another email. The person then told me, "I have no idea when they will be in at this point." So I cancelled my order, and went to a different site which was able to get me the radar detector within a few days. I would not recommend this site. "
"The service from these people was extremely poor .. excuse after excuse for not supplying the radar selected. The website and order page said it was in stock. After giving all payment details I emailed after a week to get a status only to be told the radar detector was out of stock and due back in after 1 month. Another 6 weeks passed no radar detector so again I emailed for them to say they would check up on it. No response or follow up update after a week so I emailed again just to be told that the detector may be in stock in a further 3 weeks.

"We bought the two Grand Daddy Adirondack chairs with pull out ottoman. One is great and one is had the parts assembled wrong so the ottoman does not work. The assemblers reversed the frame mounts. When I called to ask for that part to be sent to me I was told I had to buy a whole new chair then when I sent back the other I would be credited.It would be quite a task to put one whole chair back into the box. The customer care person could care less that I had a problem. Go to a local store and check out a chair you can see. Do not buy from this company and expect any help if a problem comes up. You are on your own!"
"Found a listing for Emma Jewelry Box about 80% off original price and jumped on it right away. Then 3 days later I received an email that stated "Order #6589457613408 has been canceled due to a problem processing a charge on your credit card.
I called the number provided and gave them the "phone number" to the account. They still couldn't process. I offered a new credit card when I was put on hold. Finally after a few minutes I was told the item is out of stock. It was obvious that nothing was wrong with credit card in the first place. They either oversold or didn't want honor the rate.
This was a gift for my girlfriend that she was anticipating. Big let down!
