"racksforall.com has labeled products compatible with vehicles when they are not. They have a return policy that SEEMS reasonable up front and give a phone number to call customer service. THe 1 800 customer service number on their invoice "can not help you with returns", the land line number only gets you voice mail. Neither of which are helpful. You also have to e-mail the returns department then wait. "

I tried to contact customer service via phone but there is no way to talk to someone from custom service .... try it yourself before you order ... From the "order line" ask for customer service or ask to talk to a manager. They only give you an email. I passed on other retailers to save $30, never again ... customer service is important. I was treated with disrespect and never got to talk with customer service ... so now, I am stuck going on my vacation without my bikes unless I buy from someone else and rush the delivery ... why? Because at this point I am still waiting to hear back from the email I sent them. Stay away from Racks For All unless you like gambling. I gambled and looks like I lost!"
