"This store is going out of business so the prices were very reasonable. Even with $11 3 day DHL shipping the item was still $20 less than other merchants selling the same thing. They shipped the item in a timely manner. The only gripe I have is that they didn't pack the box inside another box, and DHL beat the hell out of the box and scuffed the bike rack I bought. It seems to be fine though, but presentation wise I wasn't too thrilled. "
