RACHEL ROY HOLDS YOUR REFUND HOSTAGE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

"I exchanged several items with Rachel Roy's customer service over the phone. I was not informed they received my returned items and the exchanges where on there way. I contacted Rachel Roy's customer service several times and was given the run around. They informed me 1 item had been shipped and a refund was submitted thru PayPal. I never received notice or confirmation of either transaction. Further, they could not provide me the confirmation # for the item (nor the date shipped) or when they refunded my money back to PayPal. I spent over 30 minutes with them and 27 of those minutes I was on hold. "
