"Horrible customer service experience. It took them almost 5 days to get a tracking number, then duplicated the shipment. Then they tracked down my work number since that's where the order was shipped and CALLED ME AT WORK to accuse me of being a thief because I hadn't gotten their mistake shipment back to the dock the very next day. The owner then sent me a nasty email after I posted feedback on Yahoo. AVOID THIS SITE."
