"Had previously ordered with no issue beforehand. Ordered 2 parts on 2/14, reached out both through their website and email to cancel the order on 2/18 which had not shipped. I received no responses and on 2/23 I received a notification that it had shipped. I contacted 3/3 to return the items and got a response within the same day and an explanation of the return policies which of course includes a 20% restocking fee. While I can't say for sure, it felt greasy that when attempting to cancel the order to save the restocking fee I received no contact, but when contacting for a return including a restocking fee it was almost an instant response. I lost about $44 from the shipping and restocking fee which is enough for me to never consider using this website again. I recommend other against using it also."

"I was on the waiting list for a Beryl side folding stock. Email came in that they were back in stock, I had to wait till Thursday to order it and emailed to ask how many were in stock was told there would be plenty.
Ordered the stock Thursday after work and it came today (Wednesday). They send me shipping confirmation and got it out quickly.
I ordered an Excellent condition stock and they weren't kidding, it dang near looks new.
