"I bought a full set of mod equipment from RPM. Delivery was fast and on time. There was a manufacturer error on one of the items I purchased. RPM sent me a mailing slip and replaced the item in a matter of days. I spoke to TIM and Gabe during this process and both were knowledgeable of my return and very informative. 100% satisfaction, I will be buying from RPM again. Jason"

"I recently purchased a Procharger f1 for my mustang, I Decided to call RPM because I will like to get more info regarding the procharger specs. I talked to Gabe who was very helpful. Even after the purchase he was in contact with me, just to be sure that I order the correct part and he explain me some unknown stuff for me.

I havent received the procharger yet because is too early but I will make another review after received the product.

"Frank has been going above and beyond in terms of customer service for my order. Purchased a SCT tuner and JLT intake for my 2015 GT. Communication was great and tracking numbers were provided right away. Unfortunately SCT didn't have the canned tune support for my car yet since it’s so new, Frank went ahead and gave me a custom tune instead. Great service and highly recommended!"

"I called rpm outlet because they had a product that I couldn't find anywhere. As most I read all of the reviews and was a bit concerned about the purchase. Gabe was who I dealt with and he assured me that they were on the level. I took him for his word and must say that I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the service that was offered. These guys may have had some trouble in the past, but from my experience I will continue to do business with them and will send my friends and family to do business with them as well. "

"A funny thing happened here. I was searching for some parts for my 2009 Ford F250. The best pricing I found was from RPM outlet so I called to ask some questions and place an order. I spoke with Gabriel who was very polite and very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and even helped me out with some even better pricing than what was listed on their site. After placing my order he asked that if I was happy with their service could I please write a review for them here as they had some negative reviews from when the former owner was in charge. After reading some of the reviews (okay most) the only thing that made me keep my order was because everything recent was a good. It takes big confidence in your service to direct someone here to read the reviews when they could still cancel their order.
I am happy to report that not only did everything arrive as I ordered it and on the schedule Gabe said it would but everything is exactly what I needed based on advice from Gabe as well.
I cannot recommend RPM outlet or Gabriel enough.
Thank you for the great customer service and the great deal!

"RPM outlet is now a awesome company! Disregard the negative reviews! It has recently went under new ownership and they are trying hard to re-build the business back up. If you are unsure about them like I was, call and just talk to them and get them to give you a price on the part you need, they will beat any price! As consumers we all want THE RIGHT PART FOR THE BEST PRICE!! I called for a SVT programmer and a K&N cold air intake for my truck and they beat K & N price quote to me by $60 and K & N are the ones who make the stinkin intake. They even gave me a discount on the SVT programmer, Gabe/Tom are ones I dealt with so ask for them and trust me you are in good hands. Even THE OWNER himself helped me put the intake on my truck so I could save the $80 a shop would charge. When a company is trying to re-build themselves they are willing to go the extra mile so take advantage of it. Apple used to suck and have horrid service and after new ownership look where they are now. I will most definitely call them first if I need anything else."

"Another A+ for the new Management at RPM Outlet. Decided to take a chance and buy a Mini Maxx Race tuner for $150.00 less than I could find it anywhere else, figured I could call visa if I had issues after reading some bad feedback from the past management. Ordered it on 12/24 Got the tuner 2 days later the day after Christmas to my surprise, and great tech support after the sale. since then I also added a banks intake and flo pro exhaust, again cheaper than I could find anywhere with great customer service and fast shipping. These guys are the Real Deal!"

"Hey guys new Lightning owner here. I've been out of the performance Ford world for a while now. I used these guys back in 2007 for the parts on my old Mustang and they were great! I know that shortly after that they ran into some trouble and burned many people and many people that are still on this forum. I'd like to say that I am all about helping someone that is trying to turn a business around I know first hand how difficult it is. So after giving them a chance I ordered about $2500 worth of parts for my lightning and 4 days later I had it. The motoblue headers fit perfectly and all the other parts were from other vendors but Frank was super nice and gave me a package deal on all of it."

"A friend ordered parts from RPM Outlet last MAY, to be delivered to my home. All the parts arrived except for the most important part. All but one of the other parts were readily available at any car parts or discount department store. (Plugs, thermostat,. . .)

After giving them months to fix the issue, they finally said that they would refund the money, later claiming that they had. A check with the company which the OWNER of RPM stated would complete the transaction indicated that no such transaction took place

I called today; the person answering the phone claims that they went bankrupt, and that he bought the company. HOWEVER, before he told me that, when I asked for the two owners, and the manager of record (George, Vance and Mike, from the BBB complaint files) he indicated that, "they are in and out all the time." The new name is RPM Beta, at www.RPMOnline09.com .

Do as you wish, but if these guys are still around AT ALL, I won't do business there!

"I have had many dealings with this company. I purchased many parts for my Mustang and they never missed a beat. Fast shipping and I got everything. When I called they answered the phone. That was over three years ago. BUUUUUUUUUUUT!!! I recently ordered a cold air intake and recieved the wrong one for my truck. I ordered the correct one while I was obtaining a RGA#. So I bought (2) cold air intake kits. I recieved my RGA number and returned the pckage in return to get store credit. I did not hear anything at all. My emails get returned cause I was blocked, no one answers the phone. I had to file a compliant through the Better Bussiness Buearu. It has been over three months trying to return this."

"I have given these morons more than enough chances to redeem themselves. I have gone through the same types of things with them. Their customer service sucks!
