"A very poor customer service experience. I have never dealt with a company that ignores the customer so reprehensively. I had bought a cell phone from them and waited with no tracking or customer support. They provided a tracking number, but waited to ship the item for a solid week. On Ebay they say the item ships within one business day, this turned out to be untrue. The customer service person I finally got a hold of told me (I would have been willing to work you, had you not submitted negative feedback). I told the rep that was beside the point. The package was refused, yet they waited an additional week to refund the money."
