"Having bought what was described as a brand new Esky Belt CP V2 it arrived and every electronic component was faulty. It cost me at this point $204.00 + Customs charges of $37.00. I desputed the item with paypal as they said it had been tested prior to shipping but obviously hadn't. I believe that they have used the items from this helicopter to repair other fauly helicopters or they have sent it either not caring it was faulty or deliberately sending a faulty item knowing it was going to cost near $135 to send it back. Had I returned it as requested it would have cost $376 in total and I would have had nothing to show for it other than a refund of $139.99. Paypal have given me a voucher to replace the faulty electronics. I urge anyone using that company to use extreme caution and if on the other side of the world as I am buy elsewhere. I believed it to be a reputable company. I was wrong and got stuffed by them as a result. "

"this company try to hide behind their terms of agreement, even when they don't apply.
The item I wanted was out of stock it now transpires, and instead of offering a refund (which they duly did on a 2nd purchase attempt), they just sent out the wrong part on my 1st order.
And of course their terms of agreement state that refunds are available but the return tracked postage is our cost and costs more than the original item...(they know this will dissuade many returns) ...making the whole sale a charade.
Customer service??? One star only

"They messed up my order by there own admission by sending someone elses parcel.cost me £63 to send back never got what I ordered had to get paypal to get my money back bar the £63 I will never get back i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy..! No customer service at all avoid them I wish I had..! 1 star below is two too many."

"The price and delivery time was OK but the condition of the following item was unacceptable.
Double Horse 9104-24 Canopy (Blue)
It was in worse condition then the one I was trying to replace.
It had three spots that the color was rubbed off.
I checked the packaging and it was in great condition so the company had to have shipped it with the defects already in place. They told me to ship it back but the canopy list price is $4.79 and the shipping cost would have been $5.30 (Not worth it!). I was hoping to do further business with RC-Fever but in lieu of the condition that the canopy arrived in I'll never order from them again.

"Do NOT deal with RC-Fever. I purchased some remote control toy cars and they arrived broken. They refused to make an exchange, even though the products were damaged prior to delivery.

RC-Fever has 7 day return policy, which is ridiculous considering that some of their sales are to overseas customers. Unfortunately, I bought the items as Christmas gift, and so I did not open the box within this very short deadline.

When I contacted RC-Fever, it was clear that they did not give a damn about me as a customer. Having made their sale, they declined to accept any responsibility for delivering damaged goods. As a customer I feel mistreated, considering I purchased the item in good faith. I will never deal with RC-Fever again.

"Had a slight mix-up initially but things got sorted out later on. Terry Fung was very cooperative and responded promptly after filing my compliant. Though i would have altered my heli choice, had i knew earlier that the product description was in-correct.

But I must also confess that the store has pretty good range of different helis and parts.
