"Installed this alloy upgrade kit for my HPI RS4 Sport 3FLUX and all I have is problems!! WAISTED 100 BUCKS. Worst is the steering. Wheels never center. Every part installed is disgustingly loose. every wheel wobbles. I contacted them about every part being loose and a few months later their solution was to send me a new front knuckle set!! And installing that did absolutely nothing!! I actually took the whole kit off and have the stock plastic on and the car is back to driving straight. I bought these thinking that after installed I would see an improvement in my steering and overall performance. after I installed the new knuckle set and still had the problems I emailed them again and never heard back. I sent a few emails and eventually I forgot about it and gave up. hopefully this can save others the time and money. If they dont delete this review like the first one I posted!!!!"

"Ordered from them on 3/23/2020 with the full understanding shipping might be delayed due to COVID. Tracking number given, but its seems to be stuck with HK postal service for 1 month and 20 days as I am writing this email.
I requested for a refund and offered to send them back the credit if I receive the product down the road, but they refused to take any responsibility unless notified by postal service the shipment has been lost. On the other hand, they did confirm other customers who placed their order during the same time frame have received their product, but refusing to take any responsibility unless notified by postal.
