"I really don't like giving bad ratings but this place has bad customer service. Let me tell you why.
I called to place my order on 2 electric shavers I saw on there web site. I gave her the model number. And she told me they were all sold out of that one , I was interested in. I said ok no problem. So I found 2 more electric shaves to go with instead of the other ones. So I called them back and asked if they had these shavers in stock .She told me they did have them in stock. So I placed my order. Thinking everything is going to go smooth .So I get off the phone with them after placing the order. Check my email I get confirmation of the order this is on Dec 4 08 . I wait and wait and wait and I check my email to see if they maybe sent me something that said they were sent out. But there is no email. So I say ok Wait a little more .Then I call them on dec 15 08 asking about my order. The girl looks me up in the computer and says there all out of stock on them after she told me they had them back on dec 4 08 my god whats wrong with these people. And they were not even nice enough to even send me a email stateing there ran out . I had to call them other wise I would still be sitting here waiting on something that was never sent out. Even on the phone no sorry about that nothing . This company just wants your credit card information and lies to you telling you the item is in stock. DON'T BUY FROM THEM BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
