"I was looking for a specific pair of Tony Lama boots online. The other store I found them in wanted $25 for shipping a less then five pound package so I hunted them down at RCC Western. They had them and they were less money, free shipping and they pay return shipping!! So I ordered them on Friday and received them the following Wednesday. I am thrilled with the boots. I can't comment on the return process since I didn't use it."
