" i sign up for them for first time back in 2013 and yes it sounds like little fishey too me because i have heard so much about bad tech support tricks and scams . i was very scared but they were so nice and helpful with me . i had 2 computers and they were in really bad shape and full of junks . but they fixed it and they are the people who fix my computer every time when i have a problem . i am very Glad and i think thats why i am writing this review just to pay a thanks to them and say something Good about them "

"i have been client of them customer if is FFW25*** AND I HAVE BEEN USING there services for more than 5 years and never got a problem and i had my 3 computer with them . nashpawn i also spoke with them and told me that you are one of cutomer who took service and run away . i don't know but in my own town there are 10 homes using there services and they are all very happy . please don't spoil the name of some one . thanks RAMZ PC SUPPORT"

"When I did not renew my account they entered my computer without my permission while geek squad was setting up my new service and you could literally watch the geek squad technician fighting off their ram z hacker on my computer screen until my pc lost Internet connect ability and had to be taken in to best buy for repair. This was after a week of constant telephone harassment as many as 6 calls per day trying to get me to renew my subscription with them. When I told them I was going to go with another company they told me the next time I used my computer it would have a virus on it .I went to my computer and I could see the cursor moving around opening programs and making changes to my computer. I immediately called geek squad support to get their help but it was to late . Save your self a lot of time money and trouble and stay away from this company. "
