"I placed an order on Jan 31st 2011 with R4DS-R4i. It took them 10 days to ship my order due to the Chinese New Year. In those 10 days I sent them a message asking what was up, and they did explain the reason for the shipping delay once they shipped the item.
I received the shipment on February 24th 2011. (about 25 days since I ordered it, or about 2 weeks since they actually shipped it after the 10 day shipping delay)
The item was not as described. On their website, the GBA Cart that I ordered states that it also comes bundled with a USB SD Card Reader and a USB extension Cable. I did not receive either.
I explained the discrepancy between the product description on their website, and what was sent to me, and asked what my options were (would they send me the other items in the bundle, or offer a refund). Cherry's response was simply "There only one card, it will not include the USB, please check it"
Admittedly, the GBA Cart that I wanted was the most important item out of the bundle, but they did not even acknowledge their mistake, and made me feel like I was in the wrong.
I'm not going to get too bent out of shape over the items that I lost, since they were more of a bonus than anything else -- but I wanted to write this review to offer a warning to anyone buying from R4DS-R4i.com : their customer service is unconcerned about customer satisfaction, and they don't care about glaring errors on their website regarding product descriptions."

"I ordered something on November 26th, thinking that would give ample time for delivery to the USA before Christmas. I received an e-mail that same day saying the order was shipped.
I finally received the package on January 15th.
So, I guess the bottom line is if you are willing to wait almost two months for your order, they have very competitive prices, and free shipping on many items. And the quality of the item I ordered is good.
Personally, if I had known it would really take 40+ business days to get the item delivered, I would have purchased elsewhere. They say it can take from 7-35 business days on their website, but I have ordered from Chinese distributors many other times and received within weeks not months, so I was optimistic. Again, everything was good, EXCEPT the delivery speed which was shockingly awful."
"Item was sent out 20th Nov 2010, now 9th Jan 2011 and still know item....Cherry at R4DS-R4i said she will resend it out by swiss registered air mail, that was a week or so ago, heard nothing since!!! Crap tracking service, not upto date. Worse place I have ordered from, will never use again and will not recommend. Have emailed them AGAIN and informed them if they do not provide me with new tracking details of air mail or do not provide full refund then I will seek to inform my bank for refund!!"

"Delivery to Russia was needed. In spite of Chinese New Year holidays order was sended almost immediately (18th - 20th of February).
I've got it in a month (it is good delivery time in Russia now) in excelent condition."
