"What a terrible company, I ordered the parts mobo,Ram,cpu combo & did not send me the back plate needed for the mobo & INSISTED that I lost it then after almost 3+ days they FINALLY sent me one. Now the Mobo stopped working and there been NOTHING BUT delays & arguing back & forth & being ignored by company or cryptic BS e-mails when my intentions where clear to REFUND my money. ANDY FORD claims that accountant is "ill" yet it's there ONLY accountant?

My client is ticked OFF & I'm getting ticked OFF because all this could of been dealt with weeks ago.
DO NOT USE QUIET PC! Trash company thieves & scammers too. you CANNOT trust them as far as u can throw a 2 ton boulder bare handed. Keep your TRASH company in the UK if you cannot ship a simple mobo combo without all these BS issues."

"I have had a horrific experience with these guys. Easily the worst experience that I ever had with a hardware provider. I live in NZ. Ordered two high-end PC's off their NZ website (nearly $8k worth). PC's took 6 weeks to arrive after they got stuck in NZ customs. We then started using the machines. One worked perfectly but the other kept crashing (BSOD). Contacted Quiet PC and they refused to replace the machine until it could be 100% verified (by me) that the crashing was caused by a hardware error and not a software error. Over the following 4 weeks, at their request, I ran a huge amount of tests for them. I ran sfc scannow, memtest, sent them minidumps & whocrashed reports, reinstalled drivers, flashed the bios, removed the graphics card. Eventually, it was determined that the memory was faulty. So they sent me some new memory, but the machine continued to crash. They still refuse to replace the machine until further testing is completed as it still could potentially be a software error. And so my testing and diagnosis (literally hours and hours of work) continues. I would highly recommend that you think very carefully before purchasing from Quiet PC - particularly if you are an international customer. If anything goes wrong then you could have a nightmare like mine on your hands."

They are based in California USA, I am in Newfoundland Canada. They gave me a call to confirm my shipping method where I am outside the USA and advised me that I would have been hit with hidden costs if I had chose UPS, they recommended the USPS ground (I was in no rush), still got hit with a extra $24 in duty but I've faced worse.

~3 business days to ship the order, another 13 to receive the package. Using google map, the shipping distance was ~7,000KM & a ferry crossing.

The package was well wrapped, lots of paper stuffing with no damage suffered during shipping. Everything was included in one package. "

1.Shipping is overpriced ( They offer only UPS method and will ship a small item (0.06 lb)for $7.70
by Ground UPS in a 1 lb box). Item cost is $7.75!
2.Estimated delivery time for this shipment is ONE week from California to New York!
If they would send my order with US Postal Service I could get it for 2-4 days and cheaper.

"Couldn't find any other resellers that has the Acousticase C6607. Read some great things about it, though a little pricey the design and anti-dust feature suits my needs.

Ordered it Sunday night and recieved it Wednesday morning--quick for ground shipping imo, though I do live in California--the same state as the reseller. And the ground shipping was cheap also ~$12.00 for over 30 lbs of material!

After price checking of some other items the site was selling, they are pretty competitive actually so I dont fell like I was totally ripped off after all."
