"I purchased a scooter from Quickscooters.com and will never do so again. The scooter was damaged during shipping so I did not accept the package. I notified Quickscooters and was told that another would be sent out again. They never sent another one. When I inquired about this, I was told that I needed to work it out with the shipping company as per their company policy. However, their website clearly states that any damage during shipping would be taken care of by the company, as it should be. I was also told that because the scooter I ordered was not under any warranties and refunds or exchanges would be accepted, including those damaged in the shipping. I finally received the scooter after spending agreat deal of time on the phone with the manager who , by the way, gave me the most difficult time of all. and to make a sad story even sadder, the scooter only worked one day.
