"Worst service ever! Do not order from these guys. The order took forever so I called & cancelled the order. The pending amt. from cking disappeared. I thought all was good. Then suddenly I get an email that it was shipped and the pending amt. showed back up on my cking acct. I called back and was treated like I was lying abt. cancelling this order. Their email also does not work so you cant email anything to them. Now I have to wait to reject my order to get my money back. For some reason I am expecting futher problems with these guys."

"I ordered a Garmin nuvi Gps system online from this store. I ordered and paid for it in early December for x-mas. They did not ship it until I called them to send it. After receiving the package I noticed they sent me the wrong model (a less expensive one by $80). Then after asking to get it fixed they took until the end of January to have the right model sent back to me. Meanwhile I made about 4 phone calls each with a 30 min wait just to talk to a representative. But then they messed up again by sending it to the wrong address!!! I still do not have it in my hands.
So basically I paid for a system that was not the right model or delivered to me in a timely manner. The customer service appeared to not care about my frustration or the fact that I would not be a customer again. Horrible service, very inefficient, and untrustworthy company.

"SCAM ARTIST- GARBAGE- CRAPPY SERVICE- LIARS- BAIT AND SWITCH- RUDE- This sight offered what I thought was going to be the best X-mas Holdiday present for my wife. I was getting a HD VIDEO Camera. I even asked the extra cost to ship with in 24 hours. Turns out it is an import model that they have to wait to show up. The thing is just like others said. They showed in stock and claim to have high inventory to get low prices but they just order from overseas. THANK GOD I SEEN THIS SIGHT YESTERDAY..

Yes I got the Same email.. It is on BACK ORDER..
Now a couple of days before X-mas, I have nothing for my wife.. THANKS to some SLUGS with a false advertising webpage. I wish I could sue them for ruining this years X-mas..

When I called to fins out he said was an import model and on backorder.. I said I did not want to buy it anymore.. The ""Gentlemen"" Then said and I quote----

"THAT OK WE DO NOT HAVE IOT ANYWAYS"" and hung up..

"I ordered a GPS on Dec 4th from this company - the next day a marketer contacted me trying to upsell the item and a bunch of accesssories which I politely declined and he told me the order was being processed. The next day (Dec. 6th) I received email confirmation that my order had been processed. 10 days later (Dec. 16th) I received an email saying my order had been cancelled since the item was not in stock - I checked the website and it was listed as "In Stock." Trying to contact customer service it just the number kept going to a voice mail that was not taking messages.... this company is a scam."

"Like the other posters to this site, I am very dissatisfied with this outfit and would discourage everyone from dealing with them. I too found a price on this site, specifically the Optoma HD65 projector that seemed realistic. They included the price for this item and also said a refurbished one was available as well. There was about a $300.00 price difference between the two items.
Being the type of person I am, I investigated this outfit and found these ratings. I wanted to see what was said about them since I had never heard of them before. To my dismay, everything I read was all bad and all of the postings were relatively the same in content. I decided I would give it whirl anyway since for the most part, the majority of the posts were dated in '07. Maybe they had straightened up their act and the price they stated was in fact inline with another model from another very reputable manufacturers own refurbished clearance center.
The next day, they call to confirm my order! I almost did not answer the phone since they showed up with an UNKNOWN CALLER and a bogus 800 number. They did infact have the projector..... but it did not include the bulb.... I would have to purchase that seperately.... but they did have another item.....for about the same price..... do I need to go on?
If you decide to take a chance, use a credit card so you can atleast dispute the charge. In all fairness, they were very prompt in sending me a confirmation of cancelation email and the salesman was not unpleasant
My suggestion is:
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

"I'm an experienced online shopper. I've been buying stuff online for many years. This is the very first time I'm faced with such an unscrupulous and crooked merchant. It is text-book example of a "bait and switch" operation.

I bought a JVC Everio GZHD7 camcorder because Quest4Cameras price was about $30 lower than other online shops. I got an email the next day saying I had to call customer service to confirm mailing address. I talked to a store representative who confirmed the address and right away started asking if I wanted an extra battery or lens. I said no. He then said that the camera I bought was not the USA version but the Chinese version. I'm not sure such versions are produced by JVC. He said the Chinese version had the user manual written in Chinese only and if I had any problems with the camera I had to ship overseas to obtain warranty service. He also said it was in my interest to buy the extra battery because the one shipped with the product was a demo battery good for 25 min of recording only. I said no again and I told him I was going back to Quest4Cameras website to look at what other differences existed between both versions of the camera. He then said that they only display the Chinese version in the website, not the USA version of it. I told him I was going to look anyway. At this moment the salesman was getting rude and almost hangs up on me.

When you go to the website there are no notes indicating the battery is a demo battery. It does not say anything about a manual written in Chinese only or Chinese service center only for warranty.

I called again and cancelled the order. Not before telling the salesman about the lack of information in the website.

I would never buy from those people. Be very careful when buying from them.

I bought the camera from B&H Photo. Excellent service!

"This company is awful! I had the exact same horrible experience as everyone else. They tried to sell me all kinds of products I didn't need and then told me that I owed them way more money than my online order stated. They said the camera I wanted to order was imported and I wouldn't be able to understand the menu language unless I spent way more on the American version. I canceled my order and requested an e-mail confirmation. The e-mail said I would be refunded IF they hadn't shipped it yet, but the phone rep. had said I WOULD be refunded. Now I have to watch my credit card statement and make sure they don't try to charge me. Good grief. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"Crooks, liars, bait-and-swich, rude. This is a copy of my email cancellation:

Gentlemen (?),

Please cancel the herein referenced order. Your customer service representative "Adam" stated that my confirmation cancellation number was "celled". I asked him for your physical location; he asked me why I wanted it; I told him I was filing a BBB complaint; he refused to identify your location.

Apparently you are the proverbial "fly-by-night" company - crooks that prey on the consumer!

Instead of shipping my order you requested by email that I call to confirm. To begin with, your operating hours do not conform to the times mentioned in the email. The man I finally talked to was obviously juggling several phone lines. He tried to pressure me to add items to my purchase that normally come with the camera. He offered me a "manufacturer's warranty" at added cost.

When I told him to cancel the order, he called me an idiot.

"Just like all the other comments here... horrible experience. I used www.streetprices.com to find they had the lowest price... ~325 for the camera I wanted... When the order was held up for 'verification' they tried a super hardsell to get me to buy the 'American' version of the product. Even grudgingly agreed to throw in a carrying case, which was included by default -- like they were giving me some kind of deal!

Take your business elsewhere!

Too bad for them... I'm shopping for a $700 lens for my DSLR and they have the lowest price, but I'm not calling them!!!

"THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS
They will send you an e-mail to verify your order, then try to sell you more things, and tell you that the version you are buying is an OUS version, blah blah. The sales person simply insulted my intelligence. I cancelled the order, but I was not even sure that my order was cancelled. I made sure I called three times to cancel the order. Trust me, give that 10 extra bucks to some business that really deserves it.

"This was a terrible experience. They make you call to "confirm" your order, but really only use it to try to sell you more stuff. When I told the salesman that I did not need any of the accessories he was trying to sell me he told me my camera was an imported version, would not come with English user manuals, and all the menus would be in a foreign language, all of which was NOT mentioned in the item description, and I honestly feel was an outright lie.

"They advertised a price of $275 for a Hitachi DZ-GX5080A DVD Camcorder. However, on the phone, they said it was a "Japanese model" and the US model is $360. That is definitely "bait and switch" which, as far as I know, is illegal. Don't buy from them. They are crooks!"

"Absolutely A rip off company..I strongly suggest reading the BBB reviews of this company..I sure wish I would have read these before I made the purchase. I was over billed on the original invoice and called for a credit, the credit was easily given back. Initially I was pressured into buying unnecessary accessories, when they arrived only to find out they were not the correct ones. I asked to return only the accessories and was refused. I was only allowed to return all Items after a restocking fee. I sure am glad for AMEX and their strong consumer protection. I disputed the entire charge."
