"The ice maker sustained a damaged door during shipment. QE's customer service rep indicates my choice is limited to only returning the unit in exchange for a new unit. I only need a new door. The unit is installed. I don't want to pull the unit, repack it for shipment, ship it, wait for a new unit, unpack & reinstalled the replacement unit. Don't you see this is way more hassle for the consumer. QE should offer another option to deal with superficial damages that are less extreme on the buyer. I just want a new door for God's sake. "
"I was disappointed when I got home and the wine fridge box was sideways in front of my garage with two holes in it and one of the sides question. Fedex didn’t take very good care of it but it should’ve been wrapped inside another box with more protective cardboard or Styrofoam or Packing material. There was a Bruce broken piece of plastic when I open the box and I’m not quite sure where that came from. Going to plug it in today and not sure if it works or not but I’m keeping my fingers crossed."
