"In mine experience about this company the products the service are very unresponsive and unwarranted I m not satisfied."
"They're awful! Never buy from this place. They sell half working appliances and then avoid your calls for days on end. They tell you there's a 30 day warranty, but never disclose the details. "Like new" is an inaccurate description. They sold us a side by side refrigerator, that stopped working the night we brought it home, Patricia avoided my calls for almost 2 weeks and then lied about when her technician would be out to try and fix it. Finally she swapped that refrigerator out with another one, but that one quickly stopped working. We had a repair company come out to look at it, and we found out it needed a mother board. Unfortunately, neither Zion or Patricia from Appliance Queen gave a crap about what was going on with it. Zion said he would arrange a refund and Patricia says they don't authorize refunds. This place is a complete joke. I've now had 2 refrigerators from here in less than 6 weeks. Both broken and one I'm stuck with. I have 4 kids to feed and have to find a way to either fix this broken one or go buy a new one. Clearly, they're only worried about making money off of people and not actually caring about their customers. I highly recommend not buying from them. They will most likely screw you over. "I will never.... repeat.... NEVER.... purchase anything from this store again. I'll be doing everything I can to spread the word of how terrible this company is, to everyone I can reach.
We were told our dishwasher would take about 3 weeks, to a month, to arrive. We knew there would due to global supply chain issues, but after 2 months of waiting, rather than 1, I decided to go back to the store and find out my options. Wouldn't you know it.... after calling multiple times a week and nothing arriving yet, I show up to the store and miraculously they arrived that day. Great.... so I schedule the installation time and head home. The install crew was fast and easy to deal with and hauled away the old dishwasher without messing up my home.
Everything was great until 5 days later. The dishwasher stopped mid-cycle and just shut off, never to turn back on. We flipped the breakers, tried holding down manual reset buttons, nothing worked. I called Queen Appliance back, only to get voicemail as usual. I finally got a call back and the service person made it clear she could care less about my situation. They wouldn't even send their own people out to check it... after 5 days of being installed. I now have to wait for some Bosch technician to show up but I have no contact info, no case #, nothing..... and if there is something wrong with a part I'll have to wait however long it is for a replacement in addition to the fact that I now have a brand new dishwasher that already has replaced parts in it. Imagine if you bought a brand new car and 5 days later they said the engine needs to be replaced..... I'd say give me a new one....
This customer service is a joke. We went to Queen expecting great service to go along with their high end appliance selection but we would have been better off going to Home Depot or Best Buy."
"Bought 6 appliances to furnish my kitchen - 3 years later 2 appliance are broken - no kids in my home. We were told that the warranty could not cover the damage because they did not know how to fix the damage to my microwave and refrigerator. So disappointed. Now have to come up with additional 2500 to replace broken appliances. So very very disgusted. "
"Product was exactly as presented. Service during the transaction, both from Queen Appliance and AM delivery, was dismal. Delivery was stated 7-14 days. At 21 days I contacted Becca at Queen's and was told the first one had busted glass so was not shipped. Even though this was discouraging, I told him to ship it. After another 12 days and several calls to AM delivery it was finally delivered. I gave 2 stars because the delivery person himself was great. Becca at Queen's was non-communicative concerning my order, as well as offering fairly lame apologizes when problems with order were discovered by me. Even though I am happy with the product, I will not be ordering from Queen's appliance in the future."

When I went to purchase my refrigerator from here, not only did I receive a fantastic deal but I actually enjoyed the entire buying experience. It is a family owned business and the people there are very friendly and they actually want to help you get the best bang for your buck. It was evident that they were not just trying to make a sale but assist me in making the right choice for me. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the appliances in the store and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Queen Appliance and I will be going there for all my appliances in the future. "
"They were not able to sell to me due to my geographic location (Colorado). There was no verbiage on their site through the entire purchasing process that said this might be an issue, even though they had my billing & shipping address. Furthermore, they put a pending charge on my credit card even though they can't sell me the item....it seems like they shouldn't have even began to processed the purchase if they can't sell to me. "
