"Do yourself a favor and order your product from a different e-tailer.

Not only did Queen Bee take a month to deliver a small item I ordered (They're in TN, I'm in NY), no one responded to email requesting info about the order. Also, when I called and finally got through to someone, the "rep" seemed very confused as to what I was talking about. I asked her to cancel my order because it was taking so long, she said she would, and never did.

Like I said, I got the product a month later (I paid regular shipping fees), then finally--after I received my order, someone from Queen Bee emailed me back, saying, "Looks like you got your order."

Awful service. So not worth the aggravation.
