"Had an awesome call with a man who couldn't seem to understand that a real estate agent would need to connect clients to a professional. I really needed a roofer to give a quote on a project. My clients didn't know anyone and asked me to take care of it for them. Why on earth would that be a hard concept to grasp? I didn't ask a roofer to come out for free. The guy refused to contact me to anyone, lecturing me about pros having to pay for these contacts like that's news. What agent doesn't understand people who pay for leads??
