"I ordered a dollhouse kit and did not receive any confirmation email or tracking number. I called 4 times and never spoke to a person. Three times I left a message but still got no response. I then sent an email to them from their "Contact Us" page giving all the information and have not had any response. I can't believe a company does this to their customers."
"15 minutes on the phone giving all my details in an attempt to find out the status of my order, only to be told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. Unable to dispute transaction with PayPal because the company haven't accepted it yet, which potentially means I'm stuck without what I've order, and I'm $350 down for 30 days.

"Honestly, worst service ever. Joe in particular is quite short on the phone and types in ALL CAPS when he mails you. I spoke to somebody else there and they barked at me and hung up. I really don't get it. I recommend avoiding this company for your online shopping needs."

Right. I click the included link. It says, "Will ship today." No date, no tracking number, nothing. Hasn't changed since 3 days ago.
